The STRONG methodolgy series captures the science of building muscle strength and force production, maximizing your muscles potential. This is a total body approach training program, in which common compound exercises are supersetted with complementary pairings to create big strength gains. This training program is designed for those athletes with experience of lifting with compound exercise training (e.g. squatting, benching, deadlifting) and looking to add higher intensities and more variations to their workouts.
THE BIG LIFTS METHOD:
This method utilizes a primary lifting build method and superset pairings of exercises that work agonist and antagonist (primary and opposite) muscle groups to create a balanced distribution of maximal strength gains.
The intensities you will be exposed to are high (>80% of your 1 repetition maximums) so expect to do some heavy sets with lower volumes.
This is a proven method to increase your 1 repetition maximums, increase your ability to generate maximal force production , through a block periodization strategy with the goal to focus on increasing your strength.
Upon purchase you will receive access to my online training platform app with standard training features (provided through EVERFIT).
This will provide you a daily breakdown of your training program (4x weeks – 4x per week) through your mobile device.
Once you have completed your sign up and onboarding process, you will see a breakdown of your training schedule, be able to access your training calendar and begin your training journey.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM:
- 4x Week training program with 4x sessions per week (made up of 4 preparation exercises and 2 primary lifting exercises and 3 complimentary accessory lifts) all provided through an online application on your mobile device.
- Approximate session durations will be included at the beginning of each session so you know your training time.
- Video demonstration and written instructions provided to that you, so that you perform every exercise correctly with demonstrated techniques.
- You have the ability to log your training weights, reps, times and other notes to track your progress through each session and week.
- Incorporated timers and superset information so you never miss a rep or full rest count.
- The ability to move your training sessions within your training calendar so you never miss a day of the training program.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Upon purchasing this service you acknowledge the following:
- That you are in good health, have no injuries and able to perform exercise safely prior to participation in this service. In the case of any doubt please consult your primary care provider or health professional to confirm that you are able to exercise.
- Participation in the training program is at the users discretion, any injuries or adverse reactions sustained during your participation are not caused or related to the services provided by CTsportscience, which have been designed with your safety in mind. In the case of any adverse symptoms you will cease exercising immediately and consult your doctor or call medical services.
- This is an online product provided through a third party application service, due to the nature of the product (training program) cancellations will not be offered when the program is active. If you purchased the item by mistake you have up to 24h before the product becomes active to request a refund.
- Upon completion of the assigned program the user will need to active another product (either subscription or one off purchase) to continue using in app features. Failure to provide payment will result in the users services being terminated and you will lose access to standard app features and your previous program. Your account will be archived until reactivation has occurred.
- All programs will be available for PDF download by the user during the program term. At the end of the term a PDF of completed workouts can be requested within 24hrs, thereafter access will be restricted.
